We’re looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager who can match our atmosphere, lead our team, and keep the good times rolling.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily front-of-house operations
Oversee service during shifts, including sports nights and live performances
Coach, and motivate staff to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
Manage beer, wine, and cocktail programs, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation
Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Collaborate on promotions, events, and themed nights to keep the energy high
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of restaurant or bar management experience (high-energy or entertainment venues preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and guest service skills
Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, festive atmosphere
Weekend, Holiday and evening availability required
Must have restaurant management experience
