Key Qualifications: • Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record • Clear Background Check (No Felony Charges) • Minimum 2 Years of Restoration Experience • Physical Capability to Lift up to 50-75 pounds • IICRC Certification Preferred • Comfortable Working in Varied Environments (e.g., Crawl Spaces, Attics) • Able to Stand, Walk, Sit for Extended Periods • Proficient in Handling Objects and Operating Equipment • Familiarity with Cleaning Products and Chemicals • Availability for 24/7 Emergency Response, Including On-Call Rotations
