Restoration Business Development Representative Starting at $60,000 - $80,000 + Commissions
The Role:
You aren’t just selling a service; you are selling reliability. We specialize in restoration (fire, water, mold), and your goal is to be the first person a commercial business or property manager calls when a disaster happens. You’ll need a "consultative" sales approach—providing solutions and value rather than just a hard pitch
This is a high-impact and high-visibility role that blends strategic sales management with "boots on the ground" relationship building. As the face of Paul Davis in the community, this role is for self-starters only. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth while building high-value client relationships. Commission potential is significant for a high performer in this role.
The Mission:
Relationship Mapping: Identifying who owns or manages different business verticals in your territory and building a plan
The "Hustle": A mix of cold calling, digital marketing campaigns, and in-person introductions. You’ll be the "face of the brand" at industry events and association meetings.
Community Liaison: You don't just sign the deal and walk away. You’ll stay connected to the clients
Strategic Planning: Managing a budget for marketing events and using CRM tools (Luxor) to track every lead and interaction.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with commercial property owners and managers through meetings, events, and association memberships.
Conduct a variety of marketing efforts through digital media and contacts with existing customers.
Maintain relationships with customers throughout projects to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project close.
Utilize Luxor to build database of contacts.
Present innovative ideas to implement new marketing strategies.
Develop a budget for business development activities and maintain organized schedule of events throughout the year.
Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/ facilities
Cold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in person introductions
B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities
Schedule in person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts
Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
Plans, develops, and establishes sales policies, principles, and procedures
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Luxor CRM system
Customer Service Skills
Communication and sales skills via email, phone, and face to face
Priority Management Skills
Effective Meetings Skills
Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive
Ability to coordinate marketing events from start to finish
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment
Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
Maintain a level of confidentiality
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years experience in an outside sales (B2B) role preferred
Proven success track record of succeeding YOY goals
Working knowledge and book of contacts
3+ years of CRM experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry
Travel Local travel based on job requirements. Travel (local) may be up to 70%.
