Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the Kansas City metro.

If you have experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or property services — and you’re ready to step into leadership — we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning projects

Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Handle job documentation and equipment tracking

Train and support new technicians

Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services when needed

Set up, monitor, and remove drying/restoration equipment

Help maintain company equipment and job site organization

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred

Leadership mindset and strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology

High school diploma or GED

IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
