If you’re already a go-to person on job sites and ready to be recognized, trusted, and supported in a leadership role, this position is built for you.
SERVPRO of Lynnwood is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restoration Crew Lead to guide crews, run job sites, and ensure quality work from start to finish. This is a working-lead role for someone ready to move beyond senior technician work and into long-term leadership within restoration.
Our Lynnwood location has a long-standing reputation for quality service. As part of our larger SERVPRO network in Washington, you’ll have access to shared resources, consistent processes, and support from experienced peers across multiple offices.
Why This Role Matters
As a Crew Lead, you are the point person on the job site. You lead by example, keep jobs moving safely and efficiently, and ensure customers feel informed and supported during a stressful time.
This role is a natural next step for senior technicians who want more responsibility and leadership without being left to figure things out alone.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a small crew on fire, water, and mold restoration projects
Coordinate daily work including demo, extraction, drying, remediation, and contents handling
Assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods and materials
Perform light construction work as needed (drywall, framing, flooring)
Maintain safe, clean, and compliant job sites
Communicate clearly with customers and manage job expectations
Participate in a pre-scheduled on-call rotation shared across the team
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical, field-based environments
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team
Sound judgment, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
1–2+ years in restoration, construction, or a skilled trade
Previous experience as a crew lead, foreman, or senior technician
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT)
Familiarity with restoration tools, safety standards, and job documentation
What We Offer
$24–$30/hour, depending on experience
401(k) with company match
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Company-funded life insurance
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Paid time off (PTO)
Paid training and certification opportunities
Consistent processes, modern equipment, and support from PMs and office staff
Team-building events and company activities

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
State-level drug screening
Be part of a trusted restoration company where leadership is valued, growth is supported, and experienced professionals are given the tools to succeed.
