When disaster strikes, people need more than a contractor — they need a trusted professional to guide them through recovery. As a Restoration Estimator, you’ll inspect damaged homes and businesses, scope accurate estimates, and help rebuild what matters most.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and people — someone who values doing the job right and being there when others need them most.

What You’ll Do

Inspect residential and commercial losses (fire, water, storm).

Write detailed Xactimate estimates and secure projects for production.

Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and team members.

Manage supplements, change orders, and scope documentation.

Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet service standards.

Participate in on-call rotation for new emergencies (rotating schedule).

What You Bring

Clear, confident communication — especially under pressure.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant construction/restoration experience.

IICRC or Lead-Safe certification preferred — training provided for the right candidate.
