Restoration Job File Auditor / QA Specialist Servpro Team Hart
Servpro Team Hart is seeking an experienced Job File Auditor to lead quality assurance and ensure excellence across our restoration job files. This role is instrumental in maintaining compliance, driving accuracy, and improving performance across documentation, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the audit and final review of job files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and full compliance with carrier and TPA standards.
Oversee WIP job file management, audit readiness, and file lifecycle performance.
Identify discrepancies, mitigate risk, and ensure proper documentation standards are met.
Serve as a subject matter expert on file quality, compliance, and best practices.
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and leadership to improve file quality and workflow efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, turnaround times, and audit success rates.
Support escalations and complex file reviews.
What Sets You Apart
Strong background in restoration estimating, auditing, and/or quality assurance.
Advanced knowledge of TPA platforms preferred.
Deep understanding of insurance carrier expectations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing accuracy.
High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
