    Job Position Description:

    With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the Contents Division Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.

    Responsibilities:

    Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand

    Effectively oversee all aspects of the restoration/pack-out job

    Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

    Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with Contents Division Manager

    Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines

    Communicating and managing customer concerns with Contents Division Manager and Owner

    Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

    Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow contents technicians

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience as a Restoration Packou-out/Contents Manager is REQUIRED

    Experience in equipment as well as software involving contents (Encircle, Xactimate, DASH)

    Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling

    Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message’ to the content crew

    Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth

    Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

    Ability to communicate efficiently with the insuance adjuster.
