 A top national restoration company seeks a Remote Commercia Reconstruction Estimator.

The Commercial Estimator will be responsible providing estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing projects.

Duties:

●     Prepare multiple estimates using Xactimate software on a daily basis

●     Communicate with internal teams to collect project data and review scopes of work

●     Prepare construction budget in accordance with Xactimate estimates

●     Help project managers resolve cost discrepancies upon the review and preparation of the budget

●     Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

●     7+ years of experience working as a PROPERTY ADJUSTER or in the Disaster / Insurance restoration industry

●     7+ years of experience using Xactimate software to estimate commercial construction projects

●     Experience estimating losses $250,000 and above

●     Experience in estimating complex losses

●     Strong communication skills

●     Schedule flexibility, may need to work some nights and weekends
