Position Overview
The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) leads residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, mold, and storm losses. You are responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to company standards. This is a leadership role requiring both field authority and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full lifecycle of restoration projects • Confirm scope, budget, and work orders prior to start • Control gross margin and monitor job profitability • Lead subcontractors and enforce quality standards • Communicate with homeowners and insurance partners • Track performance metrics during weekly GS&R meetings • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance • Protect and elevate the Paul Davis brand

Current RPM compensation range: $80,000 – $110,000+ annually based on production and performance.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5–10 years experience in residential or commercial restoration/reconstruction • Insurance claim experience preferred • Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred • Proven leadership of subcontractors and field teams • Strong planning and organizational discipline • Excellent communication skills
Working Conditions
Field-based role requiring indoor and outdoor work environments. Frequent PPE use required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
