What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?
Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate and manage skilled trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
Serve homeowners and business owners during challenging times, providing clear communication and dependable support
Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure jobs are completed on target and within expectations
Problem-solve in real time, adapting to changing conditions on active job sites
Continuously build knowledge in construction, restoration, and industry best practices
Contribute to a strong team culture while supporting the growth of a fast-paced, service-driven business

RPM's work with homeowners, in-house carpenters and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a RPM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

Requirements:
Ability to lead and develop team
Sound planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience on Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating platforms is beneficial
A deep understanding of residential construction / remodeling and all material
Commercial construction is a plus
Role & Skills:
Meet operational objectives
Track metrics during weekly production meetings

Ensure compliance with standards & regulations

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
