We are looking for a Contents Restoration Project Supervisor to oversee the packing, tracking, cleaning, and return of customers’ personal property during restoration projects.
This role combines project coordination, customer service, and field leadership in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
What You'll Do
Oversee contents restoration projects from pack-out to final return
Serve as the primary contact for customers during the process
Supervise pack-out and pack-in operations
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and scheduling
Track priority items and special customer requests
Document projects using restoration management software
Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and properly documented
What We're Looking For
Strong organization and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable using technology and learning new software
Positive leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountable
Detail-oriented and dependable
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to climb ladders and access attics when needed
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be required based on project needs.
