    Restoration Supervisor SERVPRO®

    Join a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your leadership, communication, and project management skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects, coach technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service and quality work.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Project Oversight & Team Management • Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled while ensuring quality control • Manage the customer and client experience to maintain overall project satisfaction • Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities • Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided • Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects • Communicate progress, issues, and important updates with internal team members • Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned • Coach and train restoration technicians • Other duties as assigned

    Customer Support & Communication • Maintain professional and clear communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholders • Support a positive customer experience by ensuring timely updates and accurate project delivery

    Requirements

    Experience & Skill Set • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction • IICRC certifications a plus • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)

    Education & Credentials • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required

    Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects • Ability to work with or around cleaning agents as needed
