What you’ll do
Lead a 2-4-person crew on water, fire, mold, and bio cleanup projects (residential & light commercial)
Wow the customer – explain next steps in plain English, answer questions, provide daily updates
Document like a pro – assist with moisture maps, photos, readings, notes in Encircle/Xactimate
Keep safety first – enforce PPE, containment, and decon protocols
Develop your people – on-the-job coaching, quick stand-ups, formal cross-training
What makes you a strong fit
2+ years hands-on restoration experience (water extraction, demo, structural drying, etc.)
Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs and working in attics, crawl spaces, or the occasional Chicago winter basement
Valid driver’s license & clean MVR; able to pass background check
IICRC WRT (or higher) preferred—if not, we’ll pay to get you certified
Tech-savvy enough for mobile job management apps and moisture meters
Willing to rotate 24/7 emergency on-call (approx. one week per month)
