Key Responsibilities:
Performs restoration work with a focus on precision, quality, and safety
Ensures all tasks meet or exceed industry standards and NYS compliance regulations
Communicates proactively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Takes ownership of your work, identifying and resolving issues before they impact the client
Continuously seeks ways to improve processes, skills, and the overall client experience
Upholds the company’s commitment to urgency, empathy, and integrity on every job
Ensure ls each project contributes to restoring the property fully and exceeds client expectations

Effective Communicate with Project Manager and Clients to help demonstrate UWRG’s unique value proposition
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) and eager to learn ( experience not required)
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Exceptional communication (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and organizational skills.
Proactive and self-motivated leadership skills and qualities
Familiarity with a restoration, construction or insurance-related industry.
Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Understanding of water, fire, mold, and/or structural restoration processes, preferred.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7
Ability to work flexible, longer hours during emergency situations
Be part of a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and sometimes holidays
Ability to repeatedly push/pull/lift/carry items
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
