About the Role:

Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties

Conduct initial damage assessments and document findings with photos and written reports

Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters

Perform demolition and debris removal of damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation

Apply antimicrobial treatments and perform mold remediation procedures

Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process

Maintain, clean, and organize equipment, vehicles, and job site areas

Requirements:

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred

IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus but not required

Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physically demanding tasks

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response shifts
