Firstcall Restoration is a full-service restoration company that services the Corridor. We are locally owned and have been in business since 1989.
We are adding to our team and are looking for people who share the same values, quality, and passion for getting peoples property restored.
Skill Level Requirements
1. Possess solid professional skills in a few trade areas such as (Drywall, Paint, Finish Carpentry, Framing, Roofing, etc.)
2. Has the ability to fully complete tasks as assigned by others.
3. Self motivated to work efficiently and productively without constant supervision.
4. Understand the construction process so that work flow can proceed without delay if supervision is absent.
5. Ability to manage his/her time efficiently.
6. Understand how the scope of work is followed and the importance of tracking and documenting supplemental and changes from the scope of work and informing management of changes before the changes are made.
7. Competent in customer communication, deferring the customer to the appropriate person or manager, depending on the customer’s requests.
8. Have an understanding of company procedures and construction standards.
9. Have proven to have a good knowledge of the residential building processes.
10. Employee fully understands and respects the relationship of the client dilemma (adjuster/homeowner).
Tactical Work
1. Perform necessary hands-on tasks as needed to complete items on each job and scope.
2. Manage your time efficiently for the tasks that have been assigned to you.
3. Brief the Project Manager regularly on the status of each job or task you have been assigned.
