    PuroClean of South Chesapeake is a growing, family-owned restoration company serving the Hampton Roads community. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, mold, fire/smoke damage, sewage losses, and biohazard situations.

    We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and doing the job right.

    No restoration experience is required. Training is provided for the right candidate.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and demolition

    Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties

    Help set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems

    Perform physically demanding work including lifting equipment and working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas

    Assist with sewage and biohazard cleanup when required, following proper safety procedures

    Maintain a clean, professional job site

    Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

    Requirements

    Driving

    Valid driver’s license required

    Clean driving record (must qualify for company insurance)

    Reliable transportation to and from work

    Physical & Work Environment

    Ability to lift heavy equipment

    Comfortable working in tight spaces and challenging environments

    Willingness to perform hard work, including crawlspace, sewage, and demolition tasks

    PPE compliance required at all times

    Education & Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Restoration or construction experience is a plus but not required

    IICRC certifications are a plus (training and certification opportunities available)
