What You'll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members responding to residential and commercial property damage. Your responsibilities may include:

Water extraction and structural drying after water damage

Mold remediation and small particle cleaning following industry standards

Crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects

Basement waterproofing and foundation crack repair

Demolition of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other building materials

Setting up dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment systems

Cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas

Equipment cleaning and maintenance

Photographing and documenting work using company software

Providing excellent customer service throughout every project

Every day is different, which means you'll continually learn new skills while helping customers through challenging situations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation to our East Dundee office

Ability to lift 75+ pounds

Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and basements

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to safely climb ladders

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training

Willingness to work after hours and out of state
