A Restoration Technician plays a critical role in the recovery and restoration of properties, buildings, and items that have been damaged by various factors such as fire, water, mold, or natural disasters. Their primary responsibility is to restore these damaged assets to their pre-loss condition. A Restoration Technician works closely with Mitigation Foreman, Core Claims Project Managers and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pack, clean, restore and move contents of homes damaged by fire, water and storms
Document the work you have performed by taking photos and inputting notes into our system
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized vehicle
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary
You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration:
Clean and restore properties affected by fire and smoke.
Remove soot, smoke odors, and fire-damaged materials.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
Ensure client satisfaction with the restoration process.

Familiarity with cleaning, packing and storing items
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 20 LBS frequently
Willingness to work in emergency or on-call situations, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education, Certification and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment: Field staff often work outside the confines of a traditional office setting. They can work in various locations, including construction sites, industrial facilities, residential areas, and remote or rural locations. Field technicians may encounter diverse weather conditions, ranging from extreme heat to cold, rain, and snow. They should be prepared to work in these conditions and have appropriate clothing and safety gear.
