What You’ll Do:

Respond to water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs

Perform demolition, equipment setup, moisture readings, and drying procedures

Document job progress using our software and mobile apps

Communicate with team members, customers, and supervisors clearly and professionally

Maintain clean vehicles, tools, and job sites

Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Construction, cleaning, or restoration experience preferred

IICRC certifications a plus – we’ll train the right person
