We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined people who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done. Restoration experience isn’t required. If you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, maintenance, landscaping, carpet cleaning, warehousing, or another hands-on field, we’ll provide the training you need to grow.

What you’ll do

Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs

Extract water and set up drying equipment

Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work

Monitor drying progress with industry technology

Document work with photos and notes

Communicate professionally with customers

Keep job sites, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized

Troubleshoot problems and support customers through a stressful time

You’ll be a great fit if you

Learn quickly and solve problems independently

Work well with customers and teammates

Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Can lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments
