    What We’re Looking For:

    At least 1 year of experience in the restoration or mitigation field (water/mold/fire)

    IICRC certifications a plus (but not required if you’re actively working in the field)

    Comfortable with moisture meters, dehumidifiers, air movers, and demo tools

    Able to document jobs clearly using photos, notes, and mobile software

    Clean driving record, ability to pass a background check

    Professional appearance and customer-first attitude

    Requirements :

    A positive, can-do attitude

    Valid driver’s license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)

    Be drug free and committed to staying drug free

    Can communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and/or in writing

    A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience

    Eager to learn and acquire new skills

    Core Job Duties :

    Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide efficient and effective restoration services.

    Assess and document damage, create detailed reports, and develop action plans for restoration.

    Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and crime scene cleanup.

    Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

    Provide legendary customer service

    Work individually or as part of a team

    Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices

    Responsible for documentation of jobs to ensure accuracy

    Bonus Points :

    IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT

    Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up

    Experience with crawlspace encapsulation

    Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems

    Physical Requirements :

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

    Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

    Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

    Ability to travel locally
