Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to help others. You’ll work hands-on in residential and commercial environments to mitigate and restore properties impacted by water, fire, mold, and other damages.

Key Responsibilities

Perform water extraction, demolition, drying and dehumidification tasks

Set up and monitor restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers)

Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, as well as mold remediation

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment

Complete detailed documentation of work performed (training provided)

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Availability for on-call shifts, including some evenings and weekends

Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
