SERVPRO of Winchester is looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. In this commission-based role, your hard work directly impacts your earnings—perfect for someone who wants to grow, hustle, and build a career.

What You’ll Do

Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies

Perform restoration tasks: water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying

Set up and monitor specialized equipment on job sites

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job supplies

Clearly communicate job site conditions and safety concerns

Ensure the job site is left clean and professional

Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and empathy in the field

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in restoration, construction, handyman work, or similar field preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to work on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)

IICRC certification a plus (not required—we’ll train the right person!)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs with assistance)

Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or tight areas

Ability to use cleaning products and restoration equipment safely
