About the Role:

Join SERVPRO of Hesperia as a Restoration Technician, where you'll play a vital role in helping families and businesses recover from disasters. This exciting position offers hands-on experience in restoration services while working with a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.

Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to restore properties to pre-loss condition.

Document all work performed and communicate with clients regarding progress and services.

Assist in the setup and operation of drying equipment and other restoration tools.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the restoration process.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the restoration industry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
