Join Our SERVPRO® Team – Make a Real Impact Every Day

Do you thrive in hands-on work and want to help people through some of the toughest moments of their lives? SERVPRO® is looking for Production Technicians who are ready to roll up their sleeves and jump into fast-paced, physically demanding work that truly makes a difference.

We respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies—often right after first responders—and we’re the team that brings homes and businesses back to life. If you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, being part of a team, and solving problems in real time, this could be the career for you.

    What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage—sometimes after hours, on weekends, or holidays.

Perform restoration tasks including water extraction, demolition, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and specialty equipment setup.

Work in challenging environments like crawl spaces, attics, and damaged buildings.

Lift and carry heavy equipment (50–100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.

Maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for every job.

Communicate clearly with crew chiefs and customers to explain the restoration process and address concerns.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration.

Are comfortable with physical labor and working in tough conditions.

Are willing to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community.

Are motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Have a valid driver’s license and can pass a background check.
