    What You’ll Do:

    Respond quickly to emergency calls (water, fire, storm damage)

    Perform mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, and cleanup

    Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment

    Secure and stabilize job sites to prevent further damage

    Load, maintain, and track tools and materials

    Communicate clearly with your team and customers

    Follow all safety and company standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

    Experience in restoration, construction, or similar field preferred (we’ll train the right person)

    IICRC certification is a plus

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)

    Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions

    Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks

    Comfortable working with cleaning and restoration agents
