About the Role:

Join Voda Cleaning & Restoration as a Restoration Technician, where you will play a vital role in helping clients recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Be part of our dedicated team in Greensboro and Winston Salem, and make a difference in people's lives every day!

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate damage to properties and recommend appropriate restoration solutions.

Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes effectively.

Execute fire damage restoration and smoke removal procedures.

Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in restoration preferred.

Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.

Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments and on-call hours.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Willingness to learn and grow within the restoration industry.
