What You’ll Do

Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation work

Set up drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and clean job sites

Assist with tarping, board-up, and demolition as needed

Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations

Maintain clean, stocked trucks and equipment

Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours

Experience helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person
