Role Overview:

As a Restoration Technician &; Packout Assistant, your role is integral to both our in-house restoration efforts and our packout operations. You will primarily focus on the detailed restoration of client belongings within our facility, while also providing essential support during packout processes. Your versatility in handling various tasks is key to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct skilled restoration work on diverse items, including electronics, textiles, art, and furniture, ensuring high-quality results.
• Actively participate in packout operations, assisting in inventories and other related tasks,
• Adhere to strict quality control standards and procedures in all restoration activities.
• Provide valuable input to enhance restoration techniques and processes.
• Work collaboratively with packout teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience or training in restoration, repair, or a related technical field.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and adapt to varying work requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work.
• Basic computer skills for effective inventory management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or willingness to participate in packout operations.
• Specialized skills in handling specific types of contents (electronics, art, etc.).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both restoration and packout teams.
• Physical fitness suitable for participating in non-intensive packout tasks.
