Now Hiring: Restorative Aide (CNA) – Smyrna, TN This Restorative Aide role is part our Therapy Team and will directly with PT, OT and SLPs

Are you a compassionate CNA who loves helping others regain strength, confidence, and independence? We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our team in Smyrna, TN!

What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with restorative nursing programs designed to maintain and improve mobility and independence

Support walking programs, range-of-motion exercises, and daily activity goals

Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to track and encourage progress

Provide hands-on care while promoting dignity and respect

Motivate residents with positivity and encouragement every day

What We’re Looking For:

Active CNA certification in Tennessee

Passion for helping others achieve their best quality of life

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude

Experience in restorative or long-term care preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
