The Restorative Justice Behavioral Specialist plays a critical role in supporting students,

staff, administrators, and families to foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable school

environment. Grounded in Restorative Justice (RJ) principles, this position focuses on

strengthening relationships, reducing racially disproportionate discipline, promoting student

engagement, and implementing proactive behavioral supports that align with equity and

trauma-informed practices. Candidates must have experience and understanding in de-escalation and emotional regulation.
