Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in promoting our wellness center's services, events, and activities through various social media platforms and coordinating engaging and transformative events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and engage with our target audience.
Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, images, and videos, that align with our wellness center's brand and values.
Schedule and manage regular posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate best practices into our digital marketing efforts.
Plan, organize, and execute wellness events, workshops, and seminars both on-site and online.
Collaborate with instructors, therapists, and speakers to ensure seamless event logistics.
Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
Handle event registrations, ticketing, and attendee communication.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.
Gather feedback and evaluate the success of events, making improvements for future events.
Produce compelling and informative content for event promotions, blog posts, and newsletters.
Work closely with our wellness experts to create educational content on various wellness topics.
Capture and edit photos and videos during events for promotional use.
Write engaging and SEO-friendly social media captions, blog articles, and email campaigns.
Foster a sense of community among our clients and followers by encouraging discussions and interactions.
Build relationships with wellness influencers and potential partners.
Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and event coordination.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong creative writing and content creation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with wellness and holistic health practices is a plus.
Graphic design and video editing skills are a bonus.
