Job Summary
Restore is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong leadership skills and a knack for business development and sales. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a background in the health and wellness or retail landscape, we want to meet you.
As a Business Development (Marketing) Manager, your responsibilities will be twofold. One, this role will play an integral role in supporting the business with cultivating and maintaining relationships with business partners. This will include attending networking events, providing presentations to local chambers of commerce, meeting with businesses to establish partnership agreements, and beyond.
The second side of this role is to serve as the studio marketing manager. As a part of these responsibilities you'll coordinate the studios digital marketing efforts, social media, and events. The role will be responsible for educating the local population on our services while providing the awareness of our location and convenience of services.

Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Create collateral to provide to businesses for review and support of adding the company as a wellness plan option.
Coordinate the studio's social media posts, and delegate creative responsibilities to team members for execution during your absence.
Manage store marketing and community outreach.
Plan and promote special events for the store each month using Restore tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
Identify and execute opportunities for corporate partnerships and community impact in collaboration with the owner.
Track partnership leads and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications
You’ve obtained an undergraduate degree or higher.
You love the sales process and have a proven track record of B2B sales.
You have at least one to three years of sales experience.
You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
You’re a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
You embrace a supportive leadership role and are also a strong team player.
You’re driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for yourself.
You get joy and fulfillment from helping people feel better and live healthier lifestyles.
You place importance on ethics and integrity and exhibit this every day.
You love attending events and meeting new people to create awareness of our mission.
