EDUCATION / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

6 months+ of staffing industry experience required; Staffing experience with warehouse or general labor a plus

Strong admin and organization skills required

2+ years of related experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment such as; restaurant/ fast-food industry, convenience store retail, grocery store retail, shopping/supermarket retail, dispatching or another related field preferred but not required

Experience with any of the following types of programs a plus: food banks/meal assistance, homeless shelters, job placement, or other social support non-profits

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Weekly Recruiter is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified temporary employees for our weekly accounts. Through appropriate skill matching and rapport, the Recruiter will build an employee pool to meet the company goal of 100% fill rate on orders as well as achieve total client satisfaction with the quality of workers. He/She will also be responsible for promos, field recruiting, upselling, new hire orientation, background checks, onboarding paperwork, managing the temporary employees, tracking timesheets, meeting deadlines, and keeping up with all administrative duties required. Shift times for this position will be either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Saturday shifts will be from 7am-12pm.
