SALARY/PAY RANGE:
$13 Hourly + Tier Bonuses
LOCATION:
All Branch Locations in DFW, TX
EDUCATION / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of related experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment such as; restaurant/ fast-food industry, convenience store retail, grocery store retail, shopping/supermarket retail, dispatching or another related field preferred but not required
Experience with any of the following types of programs a plus: food banks/meal assistance, homeless shelters, job placement, or other social support non-profits
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Branch Specialists are referred to as the “face of the company”. They are the first impression employees and applicants have when walking through our doors. Our Branch Specialists are the reason workers choose Results Staffing day after day.
Employee retention is essential to this position. A successful Branch Specialist must build rapport with applicants from the second they walk in. This position’s responsibilities cover all aspects of the temporary workers’ life cycle. From recruiting people in need to holding orientations, you will be the guide that helps them navigate the pre-employment process. After an applicant becomes an employee, you will then be matching their skills to our customer requests. It is you who preps and sends them to a jobsite providing them work for the day. As a Branch Specialist, you help provide a steppingstone between unemployed and working for the people in our community. Branch Specialist make a difference in the lives of so many every day!
Branch Specialist must be able to handle 4-6 phone lines. Excellent phone voice and etiquette are required. No other professional or administrative experience is necessary.
To be considered for this position, applicants must be bilingual, have a reliable cell phone and be able to work alternating Saturdays. Flexibility between all shift times is required. Alternating shifts for this position between 5:00AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday. Saturday 6:00AM-11:00AM.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Senior Operations Supervisor while maintaining great communication with the sales team.
MAXIMUM PAY RANGE:
Conditional on scope of responsibility, increase of Tier Levels at Branches, and success of staff and supervisors

RESPONSIBILITIES (% OF THE TIME)
OPERATIONAL (70%):
· Maintain orderly control of the front lobby
· Verify customer and temporary employee has signed the daily time ticket
· Notify Account Managers of any issues with job orders
· Verify daily time tickets
· Match customer needs to temporary employee skill sets
· Communicating the importance of temporary employee safety
· Tracking equipment inventory
· Identify recruiting needs
· Participate in outside recruiting
· Recruit temporary employees
· Counsel temporary employees on behavioral and performance issues
· Ensure the front lobby and outside area are clean and well maintained
· Clean the branch office spaces and bathrooms
ADMINISTRATION (30%)
· Answer phones calls accurately
· Daily orientations
· Phone interviews
· Accept and screen new applicants, by verifying provided identification is current, valid, and government issued
· Accepting and ensuring all applications are filled out completely and accurately
· Use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
· Document employee performance as necessary
· Billing Weekly Duties
· Daily closing duties
