    About the Role

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Marketing team by executing professional inside sales strategies for our Professional Services company. Your responsibilities will revolve around lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM upkeep, all aligned with our company's objectives. While this is a remote position, candidates ** must** be based in Colorado.

    What You'll Be Doing

    The SDR's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Participating in outbound lead generation efforts aligned with Marketing campaigns.
    • Conducting telephone-based inside sales cold calling and following up on leads.
    • Managing inbound lead flow and effectively organizing leads and Opportunities within the CRM.
    • Qualifying leads through Discovery, utilizing both calls and emails.
    • Collaborating on Marketing programs for efficient follow-up.
    • Organizing current lead lists and ensuring CRM data accuracy.
    • Learning and effectively representing the value proposition of our solution.

    Core Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role.
    • Basic understanding of technology or software services.
    • Familiarity with the general concepts of the SDR role.
    • Experience in following leads, qualifying, building, and helping build a Pipeline.
    • Comfortable with remote work and proficient in remote team communication.
    • Experience in a small high-growth company environment focusing on revenue results.
    • Basic proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong team player.
    • Possesses a 100% positive and coachable attitude.
    • Driven professional committed to achieving goals and contributing to team success.

    Compensation

    The compensation range for this role is between $45,000.00-$55,000.00 annually plus commission. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
