Working Conditions: • Full-time position with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 9 am-5 pm (no weekends). • Work performed in a retail pharmacy setting with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers and staff. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service , greeting and assisting patients with their needs in a friendly and efficient manner. • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, handling cash, credit, and insurance payments accurately. • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment , ensuring product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns, ensuring all product displays are compliant with regulatory standards. • Assist with inventory management of retail products, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with general administrative tasks to support pharmacy operations. • Educate customers on over-the-counter products and services, demonstrating strong product knowledge. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (required). • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, such as a cashier, sales associate, or customer service representative, preferably in drug stores, pharmacies, or gas stations. • Proven strong customer service skills with a track record of positive customer interactions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. • Basic computer skills; experience with retail software systems is a plus.
