Job Description
As a TRUEWERK Brand Field Representative , you’ll own in-store execution and retail performance across your territory, working closely with retail teams and customers to build brand awareness and drive sell-through. You’ll ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across retail partners while gathering insights that inform wholesale strategy and brand growth.
Interest in the skilled trades and a passion for performance workwear are key to success in this role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, loves travel, and enjoys building relationships that drive brand loyalty and customer engagement.
This is a field-based role requiring up to 75% travel across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan, with periodic travel to TRUEWERK’s Denver headquarters for seasonal launches.

TRUEWERK is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 base salary + bonus
