As a Retail Associate, you will support daily store operations, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, and help maintain an organized, well-presented store environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and running efficiently.
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional in-store experience
Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
Build positive relationships to ensure a strong customer experience
Support sales efforts through product recommendations and customer engagement
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and current promotions
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately when required
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure merchandise displays are organized and maintained according to company standards
Keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing
Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service and operations
Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily store operations
