Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Associate to join our specialty retail team for a seasonal role, with the potential to grow into additional opportunities for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new products, and creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, high-quality service

Engage in meaningful customer interactions to understand needs and offer appropriate product solutions

Learn product knowledge and applications through provided training

Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Support daily retail operations, including stocking, visual merchandising, and checkout procedures

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

· Maintain accurate cash drawer, payment received records, end of day report

Maintain and properly fill out service documentation for service coordinators

Accurately test water samples and explain recommended treatment plan

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Willingness to learn product knowledge and apply it confidently

Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and provide helpful guidance

Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail setting

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
