    Key Responsibilities

    Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience

    Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding merchandise

    Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs

    Process transactions accurately and efficiently

    Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner

    Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

    Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels as needed

    Assist with merchandising displays and promotional initiatives

    Ensure products are properly labeled, stocked, and presented

    Support store opening and closing procedures

    Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment

    Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
