Offbase Supply Co. is a growing tactical gear and apparel retailer serving military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and prepared civilians. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our Virginia Beach team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Process transactions accurately using a POS system
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors
- Restock merchandise and assist with visual displays
- Stay knowledgeable about tactical gear, apparel, and current promotions
- Support team sales goals and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience using POS systems
- Interest in tactical gear, outdoor equipment, or military/law enforcement products
Compensation & Benefits
