Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance

Help customers locate products and answer questions about available items

Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs

Support sales goals through excellent customer engagement and service

Process transactions and assist customers during the checkout process when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment

Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well maintained

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Full-time availability preferred

Previous retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with their needs

High school diploma or GED preferred
