About the Role:

The Range in McKinney is looking for a customer-focused Retail Counter Associate to join our team on weekends! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the retail counter with a friendly and professional attitude

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Answer customer questions about products, services, and policies

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and retail area

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Support inventory management, including restocking and merchandising

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations

Requirements:

Previous retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable availability on weekends (Fri, Saturday and Sunday)

Ability to operate a cash register or POS system accurately

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to say "No" when needed.
