About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.

Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their selections.

Maintain a clean and organized deli display case.

Restock deli items as needed and assist with inventory management.

Operate deli equipment, including slicers and scales, safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote specials.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
