About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead teams across the Oklahoma City area! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by inspiring teams, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan salon locations within the district

Recruit, train, coach, and develop salon managers and team members to meet performance goals

Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention

Drive district-wide membership goals, sales growth, and revenue targets

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure brand standards, compliance, and customer service excellence are consistently upheld

Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits

Collaborate with regional leadership to implement company initiatives and promotional strategies

Requirements:

3+ years of multi-unit retail or salon management experience

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in retail operations, technology, and competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district

Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
