JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing country specific inventory to support daily and forecasted Ecommerce operations in an efficient, cost effective manner
Responds well to an ever-changing environment in an international landscape; understands basic requirements for import/export, international logistics, and complexities of doing business across multiple countries
Demonstrates strong project management competencies and the ability to appropriately prioritize among multiple competing workstreams. Organizes and executes projects; documenting decisions and keeping applicable parties informed
Act as liaison and partner between internal brand partners (Legal Counsel including Contracting and Privacy attorneys, IT security, IT partners, brand marketing, brand and finance, and various functional leadership) and the vendor
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal customers; effectively communicate progress, issues and outcomes to multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams
Has a passion for process improvement and influencing change
Perform both ad hoc and competitive sourcing events and pricing analyses; developing strong negotiation skills to manage suppliers, costs and projects
Adheres to requirements regarding regulatory, sourcing and production while delivering end-to-end logistics and corresponding regulatory controls
Ensure comprehensive, error-free, timely execution of key tasks and processes such as, but not limited to: the Delegation of Authority process and contract repository, inventory analysis, savings and/or cost avoidance development and tracking, commercial document auditing
Ability to perform routine tactical and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities within category
QUALIFICATIONS
Communicates in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written), interpreting complex information and thoughtfully expressing his/her viewpoint, analysis or conclusions
Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality assurance
Displays strong organization skills and an attention to detail
Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Cross-functional team player
Self-motivated, self-starting and a creative thinker
Continuous improvement / process improvement focus
Conducts work in an ethical, honest and professional manner
Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience in; Finance, Supply Chain, or Logistics/Operations
2-5 years’ experience preferably in procurement, finance or marketing fields
Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Professional in Supply Management, or other professional certification a plus
Previous knowledge and experience with Salesforce, a plus
