We’re looking for a motivated and personable Retail Flooring Sales Associate to join our team and help customers bring their vision to life.

Position Summary: As a Retail Flooring Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, guiding customers through their flooring selections and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. You’ll combine product knowledge with a consultative sales approach to deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their flooring needs through effective listening and questions

Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on flooring types, materials, and installation options

Create quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle

Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Stay up to date on new product lines and industry trends

Collaborate with warehouse, installation, and customer service teams

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus

1+ years of retail or inside sales experience preferred

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn product information quickly and accurately

Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and software

Ability to stand for long periods
